Rochelle has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, with extensive expertise across personal, commercial, and liability/casualty lines.
She holds an Associate designation from the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA), achieving a distinction with a 100% mark in Risk and Insurance, and has completed an Advanced Short Course in Business Rescue Practice through a joint initiative between the Law Society of South Africa (LSSA) and the University of South Africa (Unisa).
Her responsibilities include technical rating and facultative reinsurance placements within the Restructuring Environment, as well as oversight of underwriting financial and policy controls.

She oversees the complete lifecycle of underwriting for the Medical products, managing everything from technical rating to complex reinsurance facultative placements.
With a focus on the Medical, Institutional, and Veterinary environments, she provides specialist advice and technical assistance to address diverse client requirements. Her academic background includes a BCom (NQF Level 7), where she specialised in Risk Management and Health Management, and she holds the IISA Associate (AIISA) designation.

Kendra has been in the insurance industry for 8 years, and has been a Professional Indemnity Underwriter for 4 years.
She oversees all aspects of the underwriting process for the Financial and Miscellaneous environment products from technical rating to re-insurance facultative placements. She is able to provide advice or assistance with any of our clients queries or concerns.
Kendra has obtained a higher certificate in insurance (NQF 5), a certificate in risk management (NQF 6), and she is working on attaining her BCom in short term insurance (NQF7).

Lerise holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. In addition, she has completed a short-term insurance qualification and a certificate in the foundations of Medico-legal practice. With 9 years of experience in the insurance industry, Lerise has developed specialised expertise in claims administration, particularly in medical malpractice claims. Her deep understanding of both insurance processes and the legal intricacies of the healthcare sector allows her to manage complex cases with precision and professionalism.

Brad is a Chiropractor and experienced legal advisor with MTech C, ICSSD, GHLF, BCom Law and LLM degrees achieved in SA, USA and UK.
Through his company The Advisory Group, Brad has been involved in private practice, health systems development, insurance and medicolegal work for many years. It is here that he has supported practitioners around the world by working with them to improve the quality of care environment for practitioners and patients.
Since launching our medical malpractice product, Dr Beira has assisted our team with insights into the trends in global and local professional indemnity markets, as well as acted as our independent external medicolegal advisor to the Genoa policy holders.
